THE PROJECT

The work,
in context.

Owned end to end — frontend, backend, SEO, content and maintenance.

A browser-based toolkit built for Indian Meesho and Flipkart sellers, serving over 10,000 users. I built and continue to run the product end to end: free browser utilities, paid Chrome extensions, AI-assisted listing workflows, account and payment journeys, content and organic acquisition. The live site now brings those tools together around a clear seller workflow, from creating a catalogue to dispatch, pricing and competitor research. The platform reached 20,000+ organic visitors without paid advertising.

The problem: listing work eats the seller's day

Selling on Meesho or Flipkart means creating catalogues by hand. Every product needs a title, a description, attributes, an HSN code and the right GST rate, entered into a spreadsheet in the exact format the marketplace expects. A seller with two hundred products loses days to it, and a single wrong tax field can hold up a whole upload.

Then there is the rest: cropping shipping labels to thermal size one at a time, working out whether a price actually clears a margin after commission and shipping, and checking what competitors changed their prices to overnight.

None of this is the business. It is the tax you pay to run the business, and it falls hardest on small sellers who cannot hire someone to absorb it.

AutoLister AI: a photo becomes a catalogue

The flagship workflow starts with product photos and the official marketplace template. AutoLister AI uses vision to draft titles, descriptions, keywords and product attributes, fills HSN and GST fields, and prepares a spreadsheet for upload. The live product describes support for full 46-column Meesho templates and lets a seller watch the catalogue being filled before downloading it.

The site also offers a Manual Mode for sellers who want the same template parsing, image hosting, compliance checks and HSN/GST handling while writing their own product copy. The export remains an upload-ready .xlsx, and the choice between AI-assisted and manual entry makes the workflow useful for different levels of automation.

That is the piece I am proudest of, because it is AI applied to something genuinely tedious rather than AI as a feature bullet. The measure of success is whether a seller can go from a folder of photos to a finished upload without typing, and whether the tax fields are right often enough to trust.

A tool for each repetitive seller task

The free browser-based utilities cover practical jobs around an order: crop Meesho labels into thermal or A4 sheets, prepare Flipkart labels and split invoices, review payment-sheet profit by order or SKU, generate listings, and bulk-update Meesho prices. The public site says files used by its free tools stay on the visitor's device; privacy is part of the utility's product design, not an afterthought.

For repeated listing work, the Meesho extension saves reusable product profiles and fills multiple catalogue tabs; the Flipkart tool reuses captured listing details across products. Seller Lens adds in-page competitor signals including shipping cost, demand, ranking keywords and prices. The site publishes clear entry pricing and offers demos for paid extensions, while free tools provide a low-friction way to try the product family.

The wider service layer extends beyond software: managed seller-account support is listed for Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Amazon and JioMart. Product pages explain marketplace-specific tasks and guide sellers toward the right tool or service, rather than presenting one generic feature list.

The product, its acquisition and its support

The live site connects product discovery to adoption: marketplace-specific tool collections, feature explanations, pricing, sign-in and account access, license delivery after payment, help content, seller guides, FAQs and WhatsApp support. The offer is grounded in the actual Meesho and Flipkart workflows, including local payment methods and browser extensions that work inside seller portals.

I work across the product and its acquisition. Search intent shapes the tool pages and seller guides; the same product knowledge informs what the features say and how onboarding is explained. That tight loop helped the platform reach 20,000+ organic visitors without paid advertising, while the product itself serves more than 10,000 sellers according to its published figures.

I continue to maintain and develop the site and product, so SEO, content, support and feature communication stay connected to the real seller tasks the tools solve.

Keep exploring.
